Speaking
AI is the centerpiece of my speaking and the foundation of my book Boundaries of Tolerance (Wiley, September 2026). The framework I present helps leaders understand how organizations define acceptable risk and responsibility as AI systems move from experimentation into core enterprise functions. My work focuses on how strategic ambition must be balanced with governance discipline as AI becomes embedded in decision-making and operational workflows.
While AI is the primary focus, my talks also address the interaction between AI and other disruptive technologies that are reshaping institutions and public trust. These discussions examine how convergence increases complexity and amplifies consequences when oversight fails. Across my speaking engagements, I emphasize ethics as a critical leadership obligation.
